Wooder started out of a spark of inspiration and has become a passion! Jeff has always been interested in woodworking but only recently has he been able to make it a reality.
His lifelong career in Freestyle Motocross has taken him all over the world, but now it’s time to let his creative side take over and make high-end wood products for your home or business!
The first few wood projects Jeff made, were using his dad’s shop and tools. The small shop was far from level, had no heat and was barely big enough for a sheet of plywood! Living in Central BC means battling the cold for half the year, so many of his first projects were made wearing long johns and a winter coat!
In early 2024, he became a dad, his greatest accomplishment to this day. Then, in the fall of 2024 he built a himself a wood shop so he could have a dedicated space for his interest to become a new career.
Jeff will do anything he sets his mind to. He’s committed to making eye catching, quality products. To achieve this, he does research and works until he is satisfied his project is the best it can be.
Wooder is a family business. Jeff’s wife, Claire helps make their All-Natural, Food Grade Board Wax, she helps run the business behind the scenes and wrangles their young daughter.
The name “Wooder” was inspired by his baby girl, who he calls “Wooter Pie”.
